How Do We Manage The Quality Of Speck’s Products
Quality control is the most important part in the production process of fitness equipment. Speck pay great attention to quality control, We have more than 50 In-Process quality inspectors and a strong incoming material quality control team. From the strict control of raw materials, to the inspection of shipments, each product is meticulously inspected at every production station.
The seven methods of quality control are the quality management methods that Speck respects. It mainly includes control charts, cause-effect charts, correlation charts, permutation charts, statistical analysis tables, data stratification methods, histograms, etc. All Speck products such as yoga mat, yoga block, resistance band, dumbbell, barbell, strength training equipment bench, etc., all apply these quality management techniques. Shipment inspection strictly complies with MIL-STD-105E to ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality.
